Rise and Shine Yoga (45mins) - Wednesday mornings with Alex
Welcome the day with some you-time. We'll move through an opening flow and get things moving, connecting to the breath to wake up the body and mind for a smooth and positive day ahead. Held online on Zoom.

Guided Morning Meditation (30mins) - Friday mornings with Lars
Let’s come together for a short morning sit. Lars will guide a practice that takes us through the key aspects of training the mind for greater peace, mental clarity and access to joy. Held online on Zoom.
Sunday July 20th & 27th - 10:30am CEST / 9:30am BST
Sunday Ritual Flow (45mins) - Sunday mornings with Alex
Start your Sunday off with some balancing energy and mark the end/beginning of your week with intention. We'll move through a well-rounded practice to stretch and strengthen the body, before into more nourishing and grounding poses towards the end. A nice blend of yin and yang. Held online on Zoom.
My style
I trained in Hatha and Ashtanga and completed my 200 YTT in Kerala, India in January 2018. My teaching style has evolved beyond the purely traditional and is Vinyasa inspired, weaving in functional and intuitive movement. I enjoy guiding strong yet soft flows that leave space to explore the body. Treating every class as a moving meditation, I like to highlight the importance of moving with breath and intention.
By bringing more awareness to the body and breath, we can create a deeper connection, understanding and knowing of ourselves that will serve us off the mat.
