Everyday Yoga Flow (45min)
Welcome the day with some you-time. We'll move through an opening flow and get things moving, connecting to the breath to wake up the body and mind for a smooth day ahead.
Guided Morning Meditation (30min)
We'll come together for a short morning sit. Lars will guide a practice that takes us through the key aspects of training the mind for greater peace, mental clarity and access to joy.
