Sunday Ritual Flow (45 mins)

Start your Sunday off with some balancing energy and mark the end/beginning of your week with intention. We'll move through a well-rounded practice to stretch and strengthen the body, before moving into more nourishing and grounding poses towards the end. A nice blend of yin and yang.
